Recreational Pod Gymnastics Classes

Our Recreational Gymnastics program provides progressive instruction for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Students develop further strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning skills on all four Olympic events in a positive, encouraging, and safety-focused environment. Class sizes are kept small with a maximum of 8 students per class!

**Classes from youngest to oldest (Pre-Nova → Novas → Supernovas → Stars → Shooting Stars → Comets)

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

Our Preschool Gymnastics program introduces children to movement through fun, age-appropriate activities that develop coordination, balance, strength, and confidence. Classes encourage social interaction, listening skills, and independence while building a strong foundation for future gymnastics training.

PRIVATE POD CLASSES

Pod Classes are New Vibe 2.0's signature small-group training program. With a maximum of eight students per class, athletes receive personalized coaching and individualized skill progressions in a supportive environment. Programs begin with Parent & Me classes and continue through our teen-level offerings. Private Pods are also available to book for entire fall session. Organize a group of 6–8 students and receive a designated weekly class time.

CHEER

Our Cheer program develops the essential skills needed for sideline and competitive cheerleading, including jumps, motions, stunting fundamentals, tumbling, flexibility, and performance. Athletes build confidence, teamwork, and strong technical foundations in a positive and energetic atmosphere.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Our Competition Team is designed for dedicated athletes who demonstrate the skill, commitment, and work ethic necessary for competitive gymnastics. Team members participate in structured training, skill development, and USA Gymnastics competitions while learning discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and sportsmanship.

TUMBLING AND FLIPS

Our Tumbling program focuses exclusively on floor skills for gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and other sports. Athletes progress through proper technique, drills, and conditioning while developing skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, aerials, tucks, and flips based on their ability level.
